Our Business Model: Two Core Service Offerings

The ecrop OmniOmni platform generates revenue through two primary business models:

1. Kryptowertpapierregisterführung (Crypto Securities Registry Management):

As a licensed (grandfathering; final license pending) Crypto Securities Registry Manager under the eWpG, ecrop provides a secure and compliant platform for the issuance, registration, transfer, and management of crypto securities. Our fees for registry services are based on several factors, ensuring a fair and transparent pricing structure:

• Issuance Fees: One-time fee based on the number of securities issued and the total issuance volume. This covers the initial setup and registration of your crypto securities on the blockchain. (Volume discounts available)

• Transaction Fees: Transaction fees are applied per registry transaction, such as the issuance, transfer, or deletion of a crypto security. This ensures that you only pay for the services you use. (Tiered pricing based on transaction volume)

• Optional Services: We offer a range of optional supplementary services to enhance your experience and streamline your operations, including:

  • System Integration: Seamless integration with your existing systems and workflows through our API.
  • Custom Reports: Tailored reports and analytics to meet your specific reporting requirements.
  • Dedicated Support: Priority support and expert guidance from our dedicated support team.

2. Kryptoverwahrung (Crypto Custody):

ecrop is actively pursuing its license as a crypto custodian under the KWG. Upon obtaining the license, we will offer secure and regulated custody services for a wide range of crypto assets. Our custody fees will be based on:

• Assets Under Custody (AUC): A percentage-based fee calculated on the average value of the crypto assets held in custody. This ensures that our fees are aligned with the value of the assets we are protecting. (Tiered pricing based on AUC)

• Asset Type: Different fees may apply for different types of cryptocurrencies and tokens, reflecting the varying levels of complexity and risk associated with each asset.

• Optional Services: We offer optional supplementary services to enhance security and streamline your operations, including:

  • Multi-Signature Wallets: Enhanced security through multi-signature wallets, requiring multiple approvals for transactions.
  • Hardware Wallet Integration: Securely manage your assets with integrated hardware wallet support.
  • Dedicated Account Manager: Personalized support and guidance from a dedicated account manager.

Additional Service Offerings

Staking Services (for supported assets):

In addition to crypto custody, ecrop also offers optional staking services for supported crypto assets, such as Ethereum (ETH). Our staking fees are calculated as a percentage of the staking rewards generated. This performance-based approach ensures that our interests are aligned with yours.
